Hi! I'm Saurabh Chandra Rai, and I am currently a User Experience Designer at Ranosys Technologies in Pune, India. Previously at Feeding Trends in Lucknow, India. I consider myself a multi-disciplinary designer as I love making anything, but have recently found a passion in creating thoughtful and enjoyable user experiences through product design, and code them too if time allows. I work with passionate team of front-end developers, back-end-developers and some ninja people whom I work with and learn from them.

Coming to college, I moved on to study Engineering at Babu Banarasi Das Universiy, Lucknow, and began to grow my skills. Making flyers for college community and friends. Doing logos and branding work for friends and word of mouth clients. Going to college during the day and cranking on design work at night. Engineering led me to my passion for design. I Self taught myself all these years to do things that my mind can comprehend.

As a software engineer, I enjoy bridging the gap between engineering and design — combining my technical knowledge with my keen eye for design to create a beautiful product. My goal is to always build applications that are scalable and efficient under the hood while providing engaging, pixel-perfect user experiences.

I love what I do. The combination of business goals, mixed with human necessity, mixed with solid design nad challenges that put me on edge is what gets me going every day. This might sound cliche, I wake up each day to do something new and learn form them. I am Crazy about Ice-tea. You can make me do anything over Ice-Tea. My friends do this all the time. When I'm not in front of a computer screen, I'm probably amidst nature, trying to get some decent shot on my Nikon D5200 or just chilling out with friends or with myself.
